Our Pool and Fitness membership provides access to both swimming pools, the thermal suite and the fitness suite for families with 2 adults and up to 4 children. Children must be aged 11 and under and will only have access to the pools and must be accompanied by an adult.

OUR FACILITIES
Hotel
The Hotel leisure facilities are open to resort residents and members exclusively. They include a 20m x 9m indoor pool which ranges from 0.9m to 1.5m in depth and incorporates a turbo spa as well as a shallower children’s pool. The thermal suite comes complete with sauna, steam room, thermal loungers & experience shower.
The Hotel Pool is open from 8am to 9pm on Saturdays
Winter hours: Sundays - Fridays: 8am-12.30pm & 4pm - 9pm.
8pm to 9pm is for adults only.
During School Holidays the Hotel Pool will be open all day from 8am - 9pm (Dec 26th - 6th Jan)
Some classes & lessons use the pool. Access/space may be restricted during these times. Times when this applies will be advertised.
Spa Resort Pool
The Spa Resort leisure facilities are open to residents & members as well as general public. They include a 20m x 8.5m swimming pool which is 1.2m in depth throughout as well as a children’s pool incorporating water features. The thermal suite includes a sanarium, steam room & footbaths. The pool side juice bar sells juice, snacks & swim accessories.
The Spa pool is open daily to members & residents from 7am to 8pm.
7am – 10am and 3pm – 6pm is for members and residents only.
Spa Resort Fitness Suite
The fitness suite has a wide range of aerobic & resistance equipment, with classes featuring regularly (charges apply). Restrictions are in place during classes. Please see our notice board for the classes on offer.

Payments & Fees
All membership payments should be made online using a credit/debit card. Payments in person may be allowed in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the Recreations Manager.
The minimum contract term for a monthly membership is 6 months. Thereafter your membership payments will continue indefinitely. You will not be eligible to apply for a monthly membership in future if you cancel your membership before 6 payments have been made.
Monthly payments will be charged to your card on the 1st of the month. This date cannot be changed.
It is not the club’s responsibility to resolve disputes between the member and their bank.
Should your payment fail for any reason, we will keep retrying the payment until it is successful. You will not be allowed entry while your account is in arrears. If you fail to make a monthly payment by the end of the month, your membership will be terminated and you will not be able to re-join on a monthly payment basis.
Membership fees may be increased at our discretion. We will notify you via email at least one month before making the change. For annual memberships the price increases will only apply at the time of renewal.
Cancellation
On completion of the initial contract term of 6 months, you may cancel your membership by giving a minimum of 30 days' notice by email to members@auchrannie.co.uk . Verbal cancellations will not be accepted. Your notice period begins from the first of the month after we have received your cancellation notice.
Membership Cards
Membership cards are issued in the form of a mobile pass and should be downloaded from your online account to your mobile phone wallet. Your membership card must be presented on every visit.
Members who already have a plastic key fob can continue to use it. If new members require a key fob this can be requested at Spa Leisure reception. A fee of £5 applies if you require a replacement.
Membership cards are not transferrable. Your identity will be checked on every visit. We will take and store photographs of you and any family members attached to your membership for this purpose.
Health
Our staff, other representatives and contractors are not medically trained and are not qualified to assess whether you and/or any family members attached to your membership are in good physical condition and/or that you/they can engage in exercise without detriment to your/their health, safety, comfort or physical condition.
You declare that both on the date of your application and throughout the continuance of your membership, that you and/or any family members attached to your membership are in good health and know of no medical or other reason that you/they are not capable of engaging in any exercise of your/their choice and that such exercise will not be detrimental to your/their health, safety, comfort or physical condition.
We strongly recommend that you take expert medical advice before undertaking any exercise if you are in any doubt about your and/or any family members attached to your membership’s ability to engage in exercise.
If you have a Fitness/Pool & Fitness membership, we strongly recommend that you undergo an induction with one of our trained team members. Induction is mandatory for members under 18. The fee for this is included in your membership (book online).
You and/or any family members attached to your membership agree not to use any of our facilities whilst suffering from any infection or contagious illness, disease or other aliment (including but not limited to open cuts, abrasions, sores) where there is a risk however small, that such may be detrimental to the health, safety, comfort or physical condition of the other members or guests or our team members.
Limitation of Liability
Neither us, our employees, agents nor sub-contractors will be liable to you for:
Any loss, damage or theft of any property brought onto any of our premises or our car parking facilities.
Any death, personal injury or illness occurring on any of our premises (including that caused by use of facilities and/or equipment) unless caused by our team member, agent, sub-contractors or our negligent act or omission.
You are responsible for ensuring that you and/or any family members attached to your membership correctly operate or use any facilities and/or equipment (including adjusting: levels or settings) which we provide. If you are in any doubt about how to correctly operate any equipment, you should consult one of our team members before use.
Your use of all areas, is at your own risk and we do not accept responsibility for any harm or injury to you and/or or any family members attached to your membership, unless caused by our team members, agents, sub-contractors or our negligent act or omission.
Use of Facilities
All children aged 11 and under must be accompanied by an adult. The Fitness Suite may only be used by members over the age of 14. The Thermal Suite may only be used by members over the age of 16.
School groups, sports clubs and classes use the facilities for lessons and training. Access/space will be restricted during these times.
The coaching/training of other users, using our equipment is strictly prohibited.
You/any family members attached to your membership should use the facilities and equipment in accordance with the advice given by our team members and the notices suitably displayed. You will not abuse the facilities or equipment and you will pay for any damage to our property where you wittingly or negligently cause such damage.
For security reasons and the benefit of other members, all lockers must be vacated by the end of each visit. All lockers will be checked and emptied of any contents at the end of each day. Any contents removed from lockers will be kept for six weeks after removal. After the six weeks have elapsed, the contents will be disposed of.
Disorderly, rude or offensive behaviour towards any of our team members, representatives or other members will result in the immediate termination of your membership and you will not be allowed access to our facilities in future.
We reserve the right to close certain areas or amend the opening times of individual facilities for your health & safety, repair, refurbishment, development or other reason from time to time at our discretion without compensation to you. We will provide you with notice of any planned closures whenever possible. If in the event that the Leisure Club in its entirety is closed for more than 30 days, your membership will be frozen with no charge for that month.
Termination by the Leisure Club
We will terminate your membership without notice if you have breached any terms and conditions of this contract.
If your membership is terminated by us, you will forfeit all the privileges of membership with immediate effect. At the date of termination any payments already made in respect of the initial contract period may be refunded at our discretion in proportion to the remaining term of your membership, after taking into account a 30-day notice period which will begin from the first of the month after which the termination occurred.
Appeals against any decision resulting termination of membership must be submitted in writing to the Resort Manager whose decision will be final and binding.
Your Agreement
By signing up to a membership you agree that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and you agree that you and any family members attached to your membership will abide by them.
